Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@prismcollective.us.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the product, returns may be handled directly with our fulfillment partners.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter, we collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely through Shopify).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).
